Topic of the Week Women Changing the Landscape of Work
This Women's History Month, it's time to admit that the breaking through the glass ceiling simply isn't enough.
We have to make it our floor.
The workplace wasn't created with gender equality and the success of women in mind. When you add race, age, identity and sexual orientation into the equation, it's hard to ignore the systemic disparities that continue to exist. Bias and normalized cultural stereotypes continue to expose themselves at work and beyond through discrimination, harassment, pay inequities, retaliation and more.
Throughout March, we'll be highlighting individuals who are transforming the landscape of work across the country. We'll also be sharing valuable information on the legal rights and laws that protect women in the workplace.
